ED this competition closed at midnight with 249 comments!!!
Good morning! I have a sneaky peek for you today! We are having a little release on Tuesday! It's a tiny little release of 3 sets that I had all ready before my mum went into hospital.
I hope you like it, it's a companion set and a much requested one at that! The image in the sneak peek is made up of two stamps, it's a very customisable set!
We will begin showing samples tomorrow and we'd love for you to stop by and pick up some inspiration!
Just for fun I'm going to run a little competition here this morning, entries for this will close on Monday night, midnight, my time, and all you have to do is leave me a comment here on this blog telling me what sort of cards you make most - Me? I seem to always be in need of 'Thank You' cards, how about you?
OOh and the prize, well, lets make it a goodie shall we? How about £50 to spend in the WMS store! Yep I will pick one random winner to win! And here's the plan, if we get over 100 entries (one per person please) I will award another £50 prize (approx $80). If we get over 200 replies we'll award another prize, so it's probably a good idea to spread this around, the more replies we get the more prizes there will be!
For me its Birthday or Thank You's!! But Christmas is the busy time when you have to make so many in one go!!!
ReplyDeleteThis sneak peek is so cute! I find I mostly make birthday cards, it seems like there is no end to the birthdays happening around me!
ReplyDeleteBirthday cards are what I tend to make the most, for kids and adults.
ReplyDeleteCute sneak peek!
I make a lot of cards for Childrens Birthdays so I am really liking the look of this new release. Thank You for a little chance to win a fabby prize.
ReplyDeleteI seem to make birthday cards all the time, or Best Wishes, that is a good catch all type of card.
ReplyDeleteLovely sneak peek!!! Love the faces you make, Claire! Curious to see more of these new sets! What cards I make the most? Birthday cards! But there have been a looooot of baby cards these past months as well, hi hi. So more bdays to come in the future, ha ha!!
ReplyDeleteHugs, Wendy
Hmmm...I would have to say with a large extended family and four children with friends, I am always finding myself in need of a birthday card! I do make the thank yous but somehow the birthdays and parties spring up on us last minute and I scramble for a card!
ReplyDeleteI'm from a very large family and it seems I'm always making/sending birthday cards.
ReplyDeleteWow what a prize - I would have great fun choosing!
ReplyDeleteI don't make as many cards as I would like but I definately make more Birthday cards. Although, I have made a couple of get well's recently.
Helen
Cool!!!!
ReplyDeleteAt the moment it is First Holy Communion cards... but will probably go back to birthdays when they are over! Hope all well with your Mom!
Robin
I am always in need of birthday cards for my two girls to give to their friends. One is into cute and cuddly and the other is into "teen" looking ones ! Never ending when they are invited to all these parties - what a life !
ReplyDeleteThanks for the chance and looking forward to seeing the new release.
Jo x
Can I really be the first? Wow! I most often make cards without sentiments! But I usually use them as thank you cards. I also make quite a few get well, baby sympathy and thank you for your hospitality cards. I never make birthday or holiday cards because I don't celebrate those and neither does anyone in my circle of friends.
ReplyDeleteI too make alot of thank you cards! Lately however, I have been having to make far too many get well cards!! I seem to be surrounded by sick people! Thank goodness it is starting to slow down and I can get back to making thank you and birthday cards along with a bunch of "I'm sorry" cards for not sending said birthday and thank you cards!! So I welcome you to my vicious never ending circle of life!! I looks so forward to shopping w/ you in the near future!! ginger
ReplyDeleteI seem to be the first to comment and wouldn't it be nice if I was the only one so that I could win that fabulous prize! I love to make special occasion cards and am looking forward to using my first set of WM stamps that I won from Kate (the sporadic stamper). I have made one card so far which is on my blog. Here's hoping, fingers crossed :0)
ReplyDeleteVal x
Birthday cards for me. With school aged children there's always a party :)
ReplyDeleteOh, I forgot to say what kinds of cards I make most. It's to be birthday cards, but I really love to make general, just because cards.
ReplyDeleteI'm loving that cute little bunny! What a great competition too - thank you :) I tend to make more Birthday cards and Christmas cards than anything else, although having said that I am about to start making all my wedding invitations so that should keep me busy.
ReplyDeleteLynn Wild

ReplyDeleteGolly, what a generous offer! For me right now it's mostly Thinking Of You cards, for a terminally ill relative, but normally I think I make more birthday cards than any other. My husband and I keep track of lots of birthdays and send cards for all of them. Keeps me busy!
ReplyDeleteWhat a sweet image, love the cute faces..would love to colour them, Claire;) I make friendship cards most, as I love to send them all year round. I think it's always nice to have happy mails other than birthdays and Christmas. Thanks for the chance at such a generous prize!!

Fun sneak ! I think I make more birthday cards than anything else. I have a large family so I do make Anniversary cards at least twice a month. thanks for a chance to win.
ReplyDeleteLove the sneaky peek - my older daughter is still inlove her her very tatty Kaloo bunny that she was given when she was born! This peek reminds me so much of her and bunny.
ReplyDeleteBirthday cards are big in this house, with 2 little girls always getting invited to parties!
I also make alot of general cards, just to send with a note in them - and WMS are great for that kind of card!
Hugs
Cathy xx
Is that a little heroine I spy? Brilliant! As for the cards I make the most - I love to make birthday cards and thank you cards are always necessary. However, since moving to the US, I think I'm going to be making lots of "Just Because" type cards to send to my family at home. Thanks for the chance to win!!
ReplyDeleteSending you hugs - hope your Mum is getting well.
I would have to say Birthday and then Thank You. But I started out scrapbooking and it seems that I make cards more than anything else now. I do make cards for ladies where I work so that is a lot of it. Thanks for a chance at the giveaway.
ReplyDeletePolly
Cutie looking sneak peek! I make lots and lots of Birthday Cards, lots of thanks you and lots of "others".. unfortunately I don't need an excuse to stamp!!!! I think it's a disease! LOL!!!
ReplyDeleteHi, Claire! I make the most of birthday cards....kids birthday cards to be exact. My daughters are always going to a classmate's birthday party it seems.
ReplyDeleteI mostly make birthday cards. Love that I can personalize them.
ReplyDeleteThank you for the chance to win.
The cards I seem to make most are birthday cards... so much scope for all types of cards and there always seems to be a birthday on the horizon! Thanks for the competition :)
ReplyDeleteWell, having just had surgery 5 weeks ago, I've been making tons of thank you cards for all my sweet friends who visited, sent food/flowers and such. But, usually, I make a TON of Happy Birthday cards -- I adore sending handmade wishes to my family and friends!!
ReplyDeleteI love making just because cards. I can use them for everyday use, friendship, and thank yous.
ReplyDeleteOoo, looking good, can't wait to see the full set! I tend to make birthday cards and at the moment it tends to be children's ones :)
ReplyDeleteI have been needing more baby cards this spring. And this month it's graduation cards and first communion cards.
ReplyDeleteMostly birthday cards for me.
ReplyDeleteI also probably make thank you cards the most. Thanks for the chance to win such a great prize.
ReplyDeleteWhat an adorable peek! I fly through birthday and thank you cards...Never have enough! Thanks for the chance to win!
ReplyDeleteI usually make a lot of Christmascards (almost finished for this year!! Whoowhoo!) and birthdaycards.
ReplyDeleteThanks for this give-away and can't wait for the new release :)
What a cute sneek peek! The cards I make most of must be Birthdays and of course my favourite makes - Christmas cards. Thanks for the competition.
ReplyDeleteSarah x
Oh my goodness, it looks like Half Pint Heroines!! Cute!
ReplyDeleteI make birthday cards all the time. Thanks for the chance to win, Claire!
I like to make general cards to finish it just when I need a card with a fitting sentence. So I can switch between Best Wishes and Birthday immediately. But mostly I make Christmas Cards, I'm a Christmas Lover.
ReplyDeleteWhat a sweet little image! Make that a stuffed lion and that's my little girl!
ReplyDeleteI think I make thank you's the most, followed by birthday cards. Thanks for the chance, Claire!
Love your sweet little image! Looks like it's going to be a wonderful release! I make a lot of birthday cards but also 'thinking of you' ones. They seem to always come in handy for a various of occasions.
ReplyDeleteGlad to see you're still around Claire, miss hearing from you on your blog!
ReplyDeleteI find myself making birthday cards the most, with baby and wedding cards following behind. I can't wait to see what lovely goodies you have in store this month!
For me, it's birthday cards.... always seem to make birthday cards with the occasional New baby. L x
ReplyDeleteI make so many birthday cards... since everyone knows that I make cards, they would feel slighted to get a non-hand-made one, so I have to make ALL the birthday cards I send myself!
ReplyDeleteI make more birthday cards than anything else if you take Holiday cards out of the mix. I haven't bought a birthday card in at least three years. Thanks for the chance to win the gift cert. I am sure your mini-release will be wonderful!
ReplyDeleteWhat an adorable sneaky peek! Excited to see the whole thing! Hope that things are going better over there both for you and you mom!
ReplyDeleteI heard about you on CropChocolate.com I primarily make occassion cards - bday, anniv, etc
ReplyDeletei tend to do a lot of birthday cards!
ReplyDeleteThank you cards and "just a note" cards are always in demand for me.What a great peek-with school getting out soon this would be fun.
ReplyDeleteMy top 2 types of cards are thank you and birthday. Always need those handy!
ReplyDeleteP.S. Half pint heroines? Happy, happy, happy!! Woohoo!
Oh this peek is intriguing!
ReplyDeleteI make birthday cards the most - but that is because I am part of a RAK group that sends them out. If it wasn't for those, it would be thinking of you.
Birthday cards are what I make the most. It would be Christmas cards if I had enough time to make all the ones I need, but I never do! Very generous prize, Claire, thanks for the chance to win.
ReplyDeleteLittle Heroines at last. Can't wait to see all these images. I tend to make Birthday cards most often.
ReplyDeleteBirthdays for me too! Lovely prize Claire:)
ReplyDeleteCutie sneaky peaky, Claire! So looking forward to the big reveal. I find myself making Friendship cards, "thinking of you", "hey, how are you", "miss you", "sending hugs" ... I always have someone in my head. And if you insist on being so generous, I'll have to send you one too! ;-)
ReplyDeleteOh, I can't wait to see the release! As for my cards, I am in need of birthday cards the most. My entire family comes to me as their own personal Hallmark -lol!!
ReplyDeleteIt's general type cards like "just a note" or "hello" but of course there are also the birthday cards.
ReplyDeleteCute sneak peek! I'm always in need of Birthday and Thank You cards. But I would say my favorite to make are Hello Friend cards because I like to pop them in the mail and surprise people with just a hello!
ReplyDeleteBaby cards and birthdays, that´s all I have time for,LOL But I use your stamps for scrapbooking too, one for yournaling would be nice, hint hint :D
ReplyDeleteOoooo looking forward to seeing the release Claire. I make a mix of cards, so general cards that I can call on when I need to. But I guess it ends up being birthday or thank-yous, or Christmas cards.
ReplyDeleteSending good wishes for your mother.
Hello Claire
ReplyDeleteWhat a cute sneak peek. It seems that I usually make Birthday and Best Wishes cards. But... I love the Merry Christmas cards!!!
Thanks for the chance!
Mary Poutou
PoutouM@piraeusbank.gr
Wow! Awesome prize Claire! I have to say that lately I am making a lot of Christmas cards (with my Waltzingmouse stamps of course!). Do I need them? Not really, but I love them!
ReplyDeleteI mostly make Birthday cards .i love the sneak peek I cannot wait to see some samples tomorrow !
ReplyDeleteI mostly make Birthday cards .i love the sneak peek I cannot wait to see some samples tomorrow !
ReplyDeleteI definitely make the birthday cards the most followed by teacher appreciation cards. Darling little image.
ReplyDeleteI make a lot of Birthday cards for family and friends.
ReplyDeleteI love the sneek peek and look forward to seeing your samples tomorrow !
I'm new here and just starting to check out some of the stamps and designs - lovely stuff! I find myself making thank you cards most often, without a doubt. Next are birthday cards. I am really lucky to have so much to thank people for!
ReplyDeleteI recently worked a baby and kid event that my friend asked me to sell my cards at as well. While categorizing my cards, I found the ones I make the most are just plain hello or just because cards. I would previously have answered birthday, thank you and then Xmas around the holidays. Oh how wrong I was! ;o) Thanks for the chance! I love your stamps!
ReplyDeleteThis is a cutie, for sure! I love to make Birthday cards. Each one is made with the special person in mind. All in all though, I just love to make cards!!
ReplyDeleteI'm loving those sneak peeks, Claire! I mostly make birthday and special occasion cards, oh and lots and lots of christmas cards too!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the comp! Fab prizes, as always. x
Birthday cards (and recipe cards)! And of course, special Christmas and Halloween cards!
ReplyDeletebirthday cards - hands down. love the sneak peak. cannot wait to see the whole mini set.
ReplyDeleteI used to be able to say birthday and thank you, but sadly, since I turned 50, SYMPATHY cards are the biggest need.. Older aunts and uncles are failing, and when someone near dies, you usually need five or ten cards and they can't all be the same as the recipients know each other.
ReplyDeleteA set of special sympathy sentiments would be so welcome. I bought Words of Wisdom for that fantastic quote about the horizon and I'd love more like that! Powerful and sincere and hopeful. There is another quote I love: "No winter lasts forever; no spring skips its turn. " isn't that a great analogy for grief?
Of course the other sad thing at this age is friends with cancer. Lots of fight, you can beat this stuff out there but not so much about enduring the ordeal.
Sorry to be so depressing, guess I had a lot to say all pent up!
Lately, I seem to be making wedding cards. But usually I need a Thank You or a birthday card to send or give.
ReplyDeleteI have the little Hero set and I'm hoping this sneaky peek may be the Heroine compliment. Looks adorable.
Some how I always make Birthday Cards but am in constant "need" of thank you cards!!! Love your stamps, thank you for the chance to win!!
ReplyDeleteCan't wait to see your new stamps!! I think that I make more birthday cards than other cards! Thank you to give a chance to win beautiful stamps!!
ReplyDeleteI make get well cards for the church!
ReplyDeleteI tend to make more Birthday cards than anything else, but I need more Thinking of You cards, so you'd think I would make more of those!
ReplyDeleteI've been on a big birthday kick lately...can't have enough of them around!
ReplyDeleteFun. I make birthday cards the most, closely followed by the you are special/ pick me up type cards.
ReplyDeleteI make birthday cards most! But it really depends on which month in the year, since May & June is grad months for me, so I'm making grad cards non stop!
ReplyDeleteBirthday cards! I always need to make birthday cards and whilst I would love to make girlie birthday cards (easy peasy) I always seem to need boy cards which aren't as easy peasy, or pink and glittery :)
ReplyDeleteI make mostly little notecard sets with no sentiment. That way people can use them for thank you, thinking of you, get well, whatever. Thanks for the chance to win!
ReplyDeleteoh Claire, this is nice! Most of the time I make birthday cards. Thanks for the chance to win. Love from Holland!
ReplyDeleteI tend to make more birhthday and thank you cards but in the next couple of months it's going to be all baby and exam congratulations cards.
ReplyDeleteSadly, I have been making too many sympathy cards in the past year.
ReplyDeleteI mostly make all purpose cards for friends.
ReplyDeleteLots of thank yous and birthdays, but tons of non-specific sentiments, just nice quotes and thoughts. Does that even make sense?
ReplyDeleteI love the sneak peek, how CUTE!!
Probably Christmas cards but birthday and thank-you must be high on the list too.
ReplyDeleteWow what a fantastic prize. I make mostly birthday cards. Thanks for the chance to win!!!
ReplyDeleteI am always in need of birthday cards and unfortunately lately, pet sympathy cards. Can't wait until Tuesday! Thanks for the chance to win!
ReplyDeleteOh my word, please tell me that's a Half Pint Heroine! How exciting!
ReplyDeleteI find myself making Thank you and Birthday cards most, but I also started making handmade Christmas cards throughout the year, so that keeps me busy!
I make mostly birthday cards I would say :). Such a cute sneak peek! I am so looking forward to the rest of the week and the reveals.
ReplyDeletePenny
What a fun sneak. I make the most birthday cards.
ReplyDeleteBirthday Cards are the thing I create most often. Thanks for the chance to win.
ReplyDeleteOh how exciting! More stamps! The type of cards I always seem to be making are 'Thinking of You' as I like to let people know that they are on my mind, especially when they are sick or feeling lonely or sad. I know I always appreciate getting cards like this! I just like to brighten someone's day! Kx
ReplyDeleteI seem to be making baby cards most often at the moment, all our friends are having babies, and it seems a month doesn't go by without me making one!
ReplyDeleteI make mostly 'just because' cards. Thanks for the chance to win and I'm really looking forward to the sneak peeks.
ReplyDeleteIt's mainly birthday cards for me - I seem to be making a 40th birthday card every week at the moment!
ReplyDeleteI cant wait to see the full sets! I usually need hello cards, you know, just to say hi but lately I have not had any craft time to make any card. Hopefully once we move back to our house I will find more inspiration and time to make a card. Thanks for the chance to win, Claire :)
ReplyDeleteI mostly make thank you cards, as well. Although lately, a lot of birthday cards for my children's friends. Thank you for the generous opportunities to win! --Elena
ReplyDeleteDefinitely birthday! Thank you probably comes in second. Thanks for the fun giveaway!
ReplyDeleteI make more birthday cards than anything else, but thank you cards come a close second. Thank you for the opportunity to win.
ReplyDeleteI am always in need of thank you cards and masculine birthday cards! I use Free Spirit Boy A LOT!!
ReplyDeleteOh Wow! What a generous gift Claire! The cards I make most of are HOLIDAYS! It's a sweet way to brighten up someones day all throughout the year and let them know you are thinking of them. I love to display holiday cards that I receive - an easy way to add some festivity to my house!
ReplyDeleteI make mostly Birthday and then Thank You:)
ReplyDeleteI probably make Birthday cards the most, with a second place of Thinking of you cards. Can't wait for the release!
ReplyDeleteYour generosity certainly calls for a big "Thank you"! I find myself making "Miss You" or "Just to say Hi" cards. I moved from my hometown many years ago and have high school friends I miss and I like to keep in touch. It seems to make the 1000 miles a shorter distance.
ReplyDeleteI made a lot of Thinking of You cards.
ReplyDeleteslrdowney at hotmail dot com
Thanks for a chance to win some great stamps :-) I also make more thank you cards. I love to thank co-workers for the little things they do that make my life easier.
ReplyDeleteHello there! Most of the cards I make are donated, and the biggest need seems to be for Thank You cards. Sometimes I'll do cards without sentiments, which allows them to be used as needed.
ReplyDeleteI finally made an inventory of all my sentiments, which has been just great! It allows me to get a better handle on what will be a better fit, whether physically or simply what's best suited to the design. Lately it seems that I use at least one sentiment from Fancy Phrases in whatever group of cards I make. That set is incredibly versatile, and I love the fonts!
I would have to say I make quite a few birthday cards. But, of course, nothing compares to Christmas/Hannakah/New Years cards
ReplyDeleteLove the half pint heroines.
What a cute peek! I tend to make mostly birthday and thank you cards. I have a big family with a lot of birthdays!
ReplyDeleteI mostly make blank cards but if you mean with sentiments then it's Hello cards. Thank you for the generous prize!
ReplyDeleteMostly birthday, with thank you cards as a close second! Thanks for the chance to win!
ReplyDeleteDeniseB
Wow!! I mostly make birthday cards and thank you cards. It seems that those are the ones that I have the most need of.
ReplyDeleteThis is just too sweet! My favorite type of cards to make are birthday cards. Thank you so much for the chance to win too!
ReplyDeleteI love making Thinking of You and Thank You cards as those are what I tend to use the most of plus this gives me a chance to use ANY stamp set!!!!
ReplyDeleteI think I probably make birthday cards the most! I also seem to make a lot of thank you and get well cards also! Can't wait to see the samples, and I hope that your Mom is doing better!
ReplyDeleteChris L.
I'm like you - thank you cards are usually what I need the most! I love the sneak peek and think it's adorable. And what a great prize - perfect for helping me attack that wish list of mine!
ReplyDeletehow fun!! can't wait to see all 3 sets :) As for cards...hmm, probably a toss up between birthday and thank you. I seem to always be making those!
ReplyDeleteThanks Claire for such a wonderful prize offering. My cards are usually birthday, and I really love all the Christmas preparations and card making. My other post disappeared so hope I don't do a 'double post'.
ReplyDeleteI can't wait to se your new stampsets.
ReplyDeleteI'm almost always making birthdays card, for our big family
Such a cute sneaky peeky Claire ;) I think thank you cards are what I make most of, followed closely by Birthdays.

ReplyDeleteI love to make birthday cards - especally with the person in mind but I always have a need for thank you cards too!
ReplyDeleteCute sneak. My favorites are Thank You cards. There are so may fun ways to say thanks.
ReplyDeleteAng@todybran.com
You are just a gem!!

Thanks for the sneak peek, I mostly do Thank you and Thinking of you cards. Thanks for the chance to win.
ReplyDeleteHi Claire, I can't believe we are in May already! Get Well wishes to your Mum. ((hugs)). I make a ton of birthday cards for the folks at hubby's work, mostly men. Its great fun for them as the whole group signs each card. And I make holiday treats for the ladies, about 20, the women are out numbered about 5 to 1. LOL so it has really stretched my creativity as I try to accommodate each card based on hobbies or personalities of each recipient. Have a great Day!
ReplyDeleteGreat sneak peek, love the little rabbit. I make birthday costs mostly and quite a few anniversary cards, followed by cards for challenges. Kind regards, Anne x
ReplyDeletedefinitely birthday cards for me and ALWAYS at the last minute. I am so disorganised :-)

ReplyDeleteLove you, WaltzingMouse! Otherwise known as DancingMouse to my friends & me :) My most frequent made cards are "Thinking of You" and "Miss You" because I'm involved in making cards for our troops to send back to their families. Looking forward to more sweet stamps from you!
ReplyDeleteHi Claire, Thanks for the sneeky peek. Birthday cards are the ones I am starting with, so many to make and such a range of ages (2 to 98), so always a challenge! Welsh Annie
ReplyDeleteOh this is going to be a delightful release Claire! I am always in need of the card that I never have lol! Dang it....if I had of stayed on the team I would have these sets now - my loss!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the opportunity to win such an amazing prize. I have to say I seem to be making more "Hope Your Feeling Better" "Get Well Soon" type cards. Maybe it's spring allergies but it seems like there has been a fair share of sick people and hospital stays lately. I like to even send a quick pick me up note even if they only have the sniffles. Maybe just an excuse to make more cards, LOL. Keep up the great work. I {heart} WM!!!
ReplyDeleteI definitely make birthday cards the most especially now I have lots of nephews and neices to make fun cards for.
ReplyDeleteI tend to make all occasion cards to keep in touch- thinking of you, missing you, way to go, and proud of you cards. I love the new designs thus far, and thanks for a chance to win some WMS fabby stamps!
ReplyDeleteThis would be cute for a number of occasions—female birthday, Easter, congrats on baby girl, friendship, support; I could go on, but I think you get the idea. The more I think about it, the more ideas come into my head! It's way more versatile than it first appears.
ReplyDeleteBy far, I make the most cards for
ReplyDeleteBirthdays. I do make a lot of Christmas cards, but since they are the same design, they don't count. Thanks for all the great stamp creations and for giving us sneak peeks. It's a lot of fun!
Hi Claire, what a fab prize. I mostly make wedding/anniversary cards and new baby/christening cards and they usually have to be boxed. But I love making them. Mary
ReplyDeleteHi Claire,
ReplyDeleteBefore I tell you of my cards, let me ask you first, how is your mom doing? I hope that is nothing serious and by the time I write this she will be feeling well.
The cards I always make are for special occasions , Birthdays, Mother's Days, babies, Christmas etc.
Thanks for the opportunity to win this fabulous price! Take care!

ReplyDeleteI'm sure there will be many MANY more!Sending you Hugs from Maine USA!
What a sneaky sneak peek! You make us want more! I seem to make more Christmas cards than anything, maybe it's just that they come all at one time. Thanks for the sweet offering. Blessings, Lisa
ReplyDeleteI think Christmas cards are the ones I need to use most frequently. Thank you for the chance to win some goodies, that would be a super treat. Elaine x
ReplyDeleteI seem to always be needing birthday cards. I have more time to plan on those...it takes me forever to get going. LOL
ReplyDeleteI guess it's birthdays or Christmas for me. Always seem to do them last minute though lol. Love what I've seen so far with the new release :0)
ReplyDeleteThanks for the chance to win!
