Today's card for Precious Scraps uses the same line of paper as yesterday - Andrea Victoria (get yours
here). I used the black beads paper as the main background but I used a little anywhere hole punch to punch out holes in two 'rows' of beads. I put some Golden beads paper underneath so that the colour showed through the punched holes.
I cut a star from black card and then punched it out as a circle. Stamped the sentiment in black ink on some paper also from the line, and positioned it under the circle/star shape. I trimmed off the excess paper with pinking shears to finish. I couldn't resist adding golden page pebbles to highlight the sentiment - I love the lustre,
Beverly has them in stock now, ask for the Golden flower page pebbles. Mounted this on a piece of black card, cuttlebugged. Piece of orange ribbon from the Cosmo Cricket Everafter (
Also from Precious Scraps) ribbon pack just to add zing.
Hope it tickles!
Hi Claire, really impressed by your work! Your gingerbread range is great, LOVE the apron. I hope to start fabric printing soon - what fabric ink did you use? Any tips?
