Very cool! I could see this loaded with pumpkins and gourds in the fall, spilling over with Spring flowers, filled with hearts for Valentines, the ideas are endless!

Last year you told us there was a favorite candy you loved, but couldn't get over there. I've forgotten what it was at the moment. However that is my guess.

Okay Here's my real guess. I did a search and your Fav is Peppermint. All you can get over there is "Cherry Rock", which looks pretty, but not the same. I think the cart is for candy canes and peppermint wreaths for the Season ahead.
Like our little candy store makes for the Holidays. You can go and watch on Display every 2 hours on certain days from Thanksgiving thru Christmas. Thru the Big front window you can see as they make and pull the warm red and white candy mixtures. Twisting, turning and braiding it to form big canes and pretty wreaths all before it cools all the way.
It's made right there in front of you during the Holidays Season. The Best part is when they finish making a batch. They break up some fresh bits and pieces and bring it out for all watching, to sample. Lovely!!!

Again a very interesting sneak peek. I would say a market stand for either ice cream in summer or hot chocolate in winter.
