... June Release...well in a small way!

Good morning and welcome to June at Waltzingmouse Stamps.

Now before I start to waffle, it's time for a little 'Waltz' down memory lane (LOL, I can hear you groaning but I've been dying to say that! lol) The DT ladies have been looking at some of the sets we have released during out first year here at WMS! I invite you to dance along. As Always there are a couple of prizes to be won so comment here and on the DT blogs if you'd like to be in with a chance! Two random winners will be chosen, one from the comments on this post and one from among the DT blogs! Good luck!

Sadly I have no new stamps for you today :( but the sort of good news is that this is due to the huge May release. If you've been here before you'll have heard me waffling about the unprecedented response that we had to the May event.

We released 8 new stamp sets and two templates to celebrate the 1st year of business and I truly had no idea how many folks were going to 'call in' at the store! My fabby supplier really pulled out all of the stops to supply me with the huge amount of extra sets I required to fill all of the orders. This greatly affected the scheduling of the June sets.

So I spent a huge amount of time packing and shipping this month and thinking about refining the way I run my business to take account of the increase of orders. I didn't want to come to the June release poorly prepared and so I have held over all of the June sets until the July release.

So the fun news is that July promises to be a very interesting month for stamp sets!!!!

Big News
In the meantime, we'll have a nice easy June here at WMS while I tell you about my big news!!

Loads of you may know, but some may not be aware that WMS is a product partner with none other than Spellbinders TM this year!!!
I cannot believe my luck! Anyone who has visited this blog more than once or twice will know what a Spellbinders junkie I am!!

Yep, you just know this means that there are more Spellbinder friendly stamps on the way...

Today I am adding to the store a few more die designs, some of which, you might want to keep an eye on for July...LOL!

Here's what's new to the store this month...others will follow...

All of these 4 die sets will be priced at £19.99 per set, and what I particularly love about this brand of die is that you can cut, emboss AND stencil with each of the dies in the set. AND you get 6-7 dies in a set, all co-ordinating, all stepped beautifully in size with endless possibilities for matting and producing custom frame designs...oh don't get me started, I could go on all day...lol!

Anyhow, you get the picture, these are my fave dies, I heartily recommend them if you have yet to try them and this is why I design many of my stamp sets to be compatible with them.

Big Scalloped Circles Sml -
Labels Two - you may want to remember these for July...lol

Labels Twelve

Labels Four - this is the die set that matches my Vintage Labels N0.4 Stamp set shown below. July will see another, fun set to co-ordinate with these dies!! Can't wait!! eek!
Housekeeping:
Today at WMS Store I am doing a spot of housekeeping, things like enabling backordering and the dreaded price adjustment to stamp sets! Ugh! So if you experience anything a little odd during your visit, I apologise, there will almost certainly be the odd blip. if you have any serious problem don't hesitate to pop me a note on:
claire.brennan1@ntlworld.com
Back in stock are:
Fancy Phrases
Labels 10
Sewing Box sets
Irish Blessings
Labels 4 Big Blooms
Pic Nic patterns

On Backorder are:
Labels 1
Afternoon Tea sentiments
Vintage labels 5

So that's all for today folks but check back later in the week, I am hoping to have news of a new venture for WMS...I think a few folks might already have seen a sneaky peeky detail on one of the DT blogs...

Thank you for stopping by, remember to comment for your chance to win!

  10. A waltz down memory lane is always a treat for it reminds us to not neglect our older sets. Have to give them all a fair shot, don't we?

Yipee, Spellbinders nesties are fabulous and now we can order the ones that coordinate with your stamp sets. One stop shopping is the way to go.

Well now, Claire, I just peeked at a few of the blogs this AM, and am mightily impressed with all the great inspirations on your DT. Enforces the need to get a couple of sets that have been on my wishlist for a while.
One of my all time absolute favorite stamps is the set with the wee cottage-Irish Blessings. In fact that set got a lot of ink this long weekend.
Great work, Great talent, Great company--you rock, Girlie!
