I just wanted to pop on the the blog to let folks know about something.
I have been very happy about my stamps, I have been using a supplier who makes the most wonderful thick stamps, and they stamp beautifully. But they are not the only clear stamp makers in the field and I would not be doing my duty to my business if I wasn't aware of what else is out there.
My business is starting to grow and the more stamps I design, the more possibilities seem to open up to me, I have quite a lot of notebooks already filled with doodles and sketches of stamps that I need to draw up some day. I find myself thinking about this company having a future!
I constantly check out other suppliers, and for a while I have been drawn to an American supplier who is ahead of the field in certain exciting areas. I have spent some time evaluating the new company in relation to how it could benefit my stamps and I find that it is time for my company to engage this new supplier.
So, beginning from the next release I will be introducing stamps from my new supplier.
Up until now I have designed stamps to suit the production methods from my first supplier, and I see no reason to change these as they are good designs that I am very happy with. I will continue to sell the existing sets as they are. Even if the new supplier takes over production of the existing sets, the designs will not change, the sets will remain exactly as they are.
I know that a lot of you are very fond of the stamps I have been selling up to now, I have received numerous emails praising their thickness and quality. Thank you, and to these customers I say that if you are not equally delighted with the new stamps, you have only to email me directly and I will take care of you. I stand over the new stamps as I do the first stamps.
It is true that the new stamps are slightly different in appearance, they are clearer and fractionally thinner. This is due to the fact that they are made from a different photopolymer compound. There is no difference in their durability and no difference in their stampability. They are a first class stamp and I have no hesitation in recommending them to you. Many of you are already using them! lol, I'm not the only company they make for!!
The sets will remain the same size and the prices will not change.
I do hope everyone will be very happy with the new stamps - I am over the moon! lol, and I can't wait to show you what is coming next!!! I'm waiting on confirmation of a particularly exciting set that you will not be able to see without a password!!! oooooh what fun!!! - don't worry it's nothing 'strange', it's just a little precaution I'm taking...you'll see why!!!!
Sounds so exciting! How will we get this password?? I'm sure the new supplier will be great, as you have such high standards!
ReplyDeleteSounds exciting Claire!! Glad everything is going so well for you.
ReplyDeleteOh, cool! Can't wait to see the new set! Please put me on the list to get a password!
ReplyDeleteHow exciting for you Claire! Your business has really taken flight!
ReplyDeleteI cant wait to see whats new! Your stamp designs are top notch Claire!
ReplyDeleteWow...what a decision to make. I am sure you made the wisest choice for your company. I still haven't had the opportunity to order from you yet...so when I do order, I won't know the difference. LOL!
ReplyDeleteCongrats on your compandy doing so well and can't wait to see your next release....Many Blessings!!
talk about intrigue...you sure have a way Claire :)
ReplyDeleteLooking forward to the up and coming changed in your ever-growing company!!
How exciting, Claire!! I think one of the things that sets you apart from many of the other stamp manufacturers is that you're also one of "us." You were a stamper first, so you understand what stampers need. I am absolutely thrilled to pieces at the Waltzingmouse Stamps that I already own, and know without a doubt that whatever supplier you've chosen for future products will be just as top notch as the first season of Waltzingmouse. I also love the idea of passwords - must be the nosy rosy in me! Can't wait to see what you've got up your sneaky little sleeve for us!! Hugs!
ReplyDeleteOh Claire, what fun!! I am sorry if the password is because someone would borrow your idea!!
ReplyDeleteI see a huge future for your company, too, Claire, so it's good to find the best supplier now rather than later. And, oh, you've tantalized with the password-only peek. Can't wait!
ReplyDeleteHugs,
Lisa
I'm so glad to hear you have new stamps coming, Claire. And I look forward to the changes up ahead. Knowing you, I know they'll only make your stamps better.
ReplyDeleteOh Claire the password part sounds soooo exciting! Your stamps rock and I know that you wouldn't make changes in the supplier that would harm the quality of your product. I'm so happy that it's all going well!
ReplyDeleteOooh, this sounds so exciting! It's been an exciting journey from the beginning Claire and I expect it'll only get better and better. Thank you so much for taking the time to put your own lovely designs out there for us to share. I can't wait to see what this latest intrigue is all about, I just know it'll be worth the wait in the end...
ReplyDeleteHi Claire, I know you will have made the right decision regarding the suppliers so I'm sure they will be just as perfect as the last. You really know how to get us excited about new releases, in fact I think you enjoy torturing us lol. Can't wait to see what you have in store. Donna x

ReplyDeleteHi Claire,
ReplyDeleteI have just spent far too long browsing your wonderful blog - your tutorials are wonderful, your cards are to die for but I really just wanted to wish you every success with your business.
I'm sure your customers will be more than pleased with the new manufacturer of yor beautiful stamps, as I'm confident you would in no way compromise on quality being a stamper yourself. I am just going to place my first order - can't really afford it but I just HAVE to have some - the only difficulty will be to choose which set as they are all fabulous.
I've also joined your merry band of followers just so's I don't miss anything LOL!
