Where do all you folks get the time? I am constantly in awe of all the many million things everyone seems to be turning out. I feel sooo ssl...l...l...o...o...o..w...w...w... Hadn't a minute to myself all over the weekend, this is all I got squeezed out.
Phluph.
Even missed the PapertreyInk blog hop for which I purposely purchased one of Laurens' templates! AAAArrrrggghhh! (Fab template by the way - must do something with it soon).
Used the new Guidelines 2 set from PapertreyInk together with the mini flower from the Anniversary set, Everyday Classics- sentiment also from this set.
Lavender Moon cardstock (PTI) with versamark ink, Plum pudding ink and versafine Crimson on a blackened stamp to give the motley-purply-reddy tones.
Dyed a white flower with the plum pudding ink pad to match - interestingly it went very dark - perfect match for the dark reddy/purple ink.
Hope it tickles.
Gorgeous card and colours,

wonderful grid bg stamping on this Claire - and the colors are super! Finding time to stamp is ALWAYS an issue! mostly it means I'm up late to fit it in!
ReplyDeleteI adore these colors!! Love the combination of the anniversary flower with GL II!! You know, I was thinking (probably because I realize that I don't have anything in the works for Mom yet...yikes!) that this would also work as a Mother's Day card! :>
ReplyDeleteI also purchased Lauren's From the Desk of in order to make something fun for the blog hop, but time ran out and I wasn't able to. So, I'll commiserate with you! :>
