...gadding about

Nope, I haven't forgot how to make cards - I've just been up to my eyes in it. The weekend was lovely - we went out as you can see and then it all went wrong, middle wee person got a very bad cold (nothing at all, whatsoever, to do with trying to have a pic-nic at the top of a mountain on a windy day) and since then it has been a hectic week - errands etc.

The good news is I got my PTI box.

Incase you didn't know - THE best stamp company in the world recently celebrated 2 years in business with the most fantastic celebrations and loads of new stamp releases, and, as any member of the Borg collective will tell you, resistance is futile. I succumbed to nearly everything that was up for sale.

Just spent the evening putting all my new stamps into their cases etc. Had a min or two to ink up and I'll put up some pics tomorrow - it's the middle of the night here and I don't posess a light box to take pics...

These will tide you over till then. First two are the views from Slieve Gullion, Third is the forest road up to Slieve Gullion and the third is the passage tomb known as the Ring of Gullion. All in the Newry area.

  5. Hello Claire,

I really love your cards and the gorgeous Papertrey Stamps. Thank you so much for sharing them. I'm also really interested in your photos as I'm researching the family history and am coming across to the Carlingford/Slievenagloh area in April to see where my great great grandad came from. I don't know where that is in relation to your photos but I hope it is as nice.

Take care and I hope your little one is feeling better.

    Best wishes
