I have a schedule of today's events for you - and some interesting news!
US Shipping
Waltzingmouse stamps is excited to launch a trial today - we are going to attempt US based shipping! Up until now, all of our stamps have shipped from us here in Northern Ireland - today we will have a bundle of the new sets available to ship directly from USA. Yep, folks purchasing only the USA bundle can expect their orders to ship to them from our location in USA.Folks who need only one or two sets will of course be able to purchase as normal, all of the sets will be available singly as normal, and will ship from our UK location, as normal. If you think you might be interested in a bundle, read on -
Here's how we see it working for the trial:
At 7:15pm today the store will reopen. One of the products for sale will be called November release bundle - USA. It will include the entire November stamp release. Folks living in USA or Canada, who wish to purchase the entire release, and avail of the much faster shipping time, can purchase the November release bundle - and we will ship it out from our location in USA.
Since this is the inaugural trial, I will be pricing the November release bundle - USA with a little discount, which will mean that you will be getting one of the mini sets for free!
And since we don't want any of our friends in the rest of the world to miss out there will be a November release bundle - UK at the same great price. This bundle will of course ship from us here in UK as normal.
Both bundles are over our £50 shipping threshold and so folks ordering these will pay no shipping!
There are a limited number of both bundles so once they are gone, they are gone!
Our plan for shipping
Our goal is to eventually be in a position to ship all sets from within the USA, so that in theory, a person resident in either USA or Canada could order one item of their choice and have it shipped out to them from our USA location.
This trial allows us to test our systems to see if we have got the basics right. We realize that not everyone needs the entire release, and folks in USA or Canada ordering one or two sets will of course receive their goodies in the normal way.
If this trial is successful, we will begin to introduce more sets to our US base.
The Biggie
In celebration of our shipping trial I am also going to pick one commenter from this post to win the entire November release - so leave a comment telling me what your favourite set is so far from this release, which is slightly not fair of me, since the set the gals are showing later today (and which you haven't seen!) is such a good one!! Can't wait!!

Yay release day! I think my favourite set so far is the large Vintage Christmas background stamp. I adore background stamps and you have made this one just perfect!!
I'm new to Waltzingmouse stamp - discovered it with your Light of the World and lantern stamps - and immediately fell in love with them! I'm in the US so am very very excited that you are starting your trial run with shipping from here... because we all know that when we see a stamp we like, we want to play with them immediately!
Oh, and my favorite so far is the Vintage Christmas background. It would be great for making perfectly coordinated patterned -and it wouldn't even have to be for Christmas!

As for my favourite set from the release - that's such a tough one as I really like them all. But if pushed, I think it has to be Yonder Star! No, that should be Half Pint Additions, but of course there's the Cabin Plaid background stamp! Oh heck! Favourite so far - Yonder Star!!
I love Half Pint Heroes Additions, but Cabin Plaid looks cool too :)
I love all the sneaky peeks, and would find it hard to choose my favourite, but the vintage Christmas background is gorgeous, and such a great idea. But I love checks and ginghams so cabin plaid is coming a close second!

Such a hard choice! My heart tells me that it is Half Pint Additions, because my son's teddy is his best friend, and I so love that image. But I'm also loving the Very Vintage Christmas. So I currently have equal favourites (much like my kids!. Good luck with your experiment - hope it all goes well for you!

You know I have so many favourites, but have to say I'm a big fan of the doilies!! It was by pure chance that I found Waltzing Mouse stamps and it was only because I typed doillie stamps into a seach engine that I did. So I thank the doillie stamps for all the other fantastic images I've added to the collection.
What? 5am start in Australia - so not fair! I really can't choose between them all but I think it's Yonder Star...but then again....
You know you are the best in terms of customer service, right? What customer-friendliness. Kudos. I'm lovin Half-Pint. Don't have either, but I love everything I see created with those cuties.

Hi Claire - it's really hard to choose a favourite set so far, but as a mum to two young boys, I can see me getting years of use from the Half Pint Additions set both for them and their friends. But of course can't wait to see what else you & all the lovely WMS DT have in store for us later ;). Congrats on a fantastic release btw!

Oh, I'm loving the Western feel of Yonder Star! I'm thinking that's a must have this season with my dad and all :) Can you believe that shipping from the UK to Canada is FASTER than from the States? It takes at least 2 weeks for me to receive US packages and about one week from the UK so I'd rather still order from the UK :)

Ooh what a tease about the last set of sneak peeks! But from what I've seen so far I love Yonder Star the best. Close runners up are the three large stamps, first Yonder Star, second the Plaid and third Vintage Christmas. Or should that be 2a,b&c? LOL!

Ooops... forgot to include my favorite stamp set. I think my favorite so far in the Half Pint Heroes additions. I just love that little boy with the bear. Probably because I have pics of my son holding a bear when he was little.

Oh, WOW! I am so excited about the shipping from in the US. I LOVE all I've seen so far, but have tos pick the "boy" set since I have 2 sons of whom I am very proud!
The Vintage Christmas background is my fave, such a pretty design and so very elegant.
While they are all as usual great, my fave is the big vintage backgrounder. Cannot wait to get that. I am not sure if I want my stamps coming of the USA to Canada. Have had excellent mail service from UK in past and only hit dinged for duty once!

Your tea cracker post brought back memories of our Nannie, in England, who always sent a box of crackers for the holidays. What laughter it provided! I was so excited to read that the US shipping is actually in the trial phase and hope that it goes better than expected. Vintage Christmas Background is my favorite 'set' of the release. It is gorgeously detailed and can be used year-round.

USA shipping? What exciting news!! Though honestly, I've always been extremely impressed with the speed at which my stamps arrive from Northern Ireland - usually in no time flat!
Favorite set so far? Weeell, the backgrounder sets are definitely on my list, but I think I will have to go with Compliments of the Season II. I'm sure I will get as much use out of it as I have with the first set, which is A LOT.

I love the floral cart or popcorn cart the most, but I really like all of them.
Gorgeous new stamps! You always create such amazing images and patterns that makes it easy for us stampers to in turn create beautiful cards.
