...Good Saturday Morning!!!
Guess what??? - go on!! Guess what? ok, the graphic above kinda gives it away...Waltzingmouse Stamps has now got a sketch challenge blog!!!!! I am HUGELY EXCITED!!!! This has been something I have wanted to do for such a long time but I have been a little busy elsewhere! lol and so Design Team co-ordinator Lisa stepped in and took the helm! Lisa has created a GORGEOUS New blog for us to post our challenges on and I invite you to take a peep here:
http://waltzingmousesketchchallenge.blogspot.com
Would you look at the wee banner on that blog?!! Ack! how cute is that?? And blinkies? We have a wee blinkie!!! Lisa, you have been hiding your design talent under a great big bushel!
The full deets are on the blog but here's an outline of how it's going to work:
New sketch challenges will begin each Saturday.
Sketch challenges will end on the following Thursday at 11:59 pm EASTERN.
Any posts to galleries or forums should have the keyword WMSC plus the sketch number; for example cards made for today's sketch should use the keyword WMSC1.
We are welcoming folks using any stamps they like for the challenges, but we hope to see lots of people getting out their WMS. There will be random prizes! On the weeks that a prize is up for grabs, the winner will receive a bonus prize if her card uses WMS!!!!
So I'm not sure what you're doing today, but I'm off to check out what the DT have made, my ladies joined in the Challenge this week!!!!! Maybe see you over there!!
For my challenge card I used a circle frame stamp from Vintage Circles Small, I stamped it in Shabby Shutters Distress ink. My sentiment, in Boysenberry, Versacolour, is from the Say it with Style set, and of course several Spellbinders TM dies...! The background is a cuttlebug embossing and the wee slip of card was curled and glittered just to bring out the purple!
Hope it tickles!!
Oh how fun! I stayed up just to see this surprise reveal and I'm loving it. Now off to check the challenge blog! I'll get that blinkie up on my blog too! Yay, so excited cause I do love sketches! :)
